The food that we eat really has a big impact on us. It is not about being skinny, rather it is about how our body change from the inside that affects us on the outside. Just like by eating too much junk food or fast food, most of them are too oily that it actually also affects the pores in our faces. Instead of drinking soft drinks, why not have milkshakes, freshly squeezed juices and of course water.

Just like water, sleep is indeed very important as well. Taking a proper rest to recharge your body after it has been used for an entire day is a total must. If you don’t get enough sleep, you will look and feel tired.
